Christine Adele Moore
“I’ve never not been an artist. It’s like the color of my eyes or the curl of my hair. It just was,” says Christine Adele Moore.
Born in 1971 in northern New Jersey, Christine was raised in a creative and open-minded home. Her mother an artist, homemaker, and amateur astrologer - encouraged imagination and expression in everyday life. From a young age, Christine found comfort and connection through art, discovering that creating something with love could deeply move others. Art became not just a passion, but a way of understanding and engaging with the world.
She went on to study at the University of Delaware, Maryland Institute College of Art, and New College of Southwest Florida. For over two decades, Christine worked as a freelance artist for interior designers, producing custom large-scale works for luxury homes across the country.
In 2019, she shifted her focus to exhibiting her personal work full-time at fine art shows and festivals nationwide. “What I love most is the connection,” she says. “When someone resonates with a piece I’ve created, it’s a beautiful energy exchange. That joy fuels my work.”
Christine works primarily in acrylic on canvas, layering soft, dreamy washes with bold, sculptural textures. She often embeds gold, silver, or copper leaf beneath semi-transparent glazes, creating depth, light, and a sense of hidden magic. Her goal is to create pieces that are lyrical and luminous - paintings that invite the viewer to pause, look closer, and feel uplifted.
